Location: Carousel Theatre Studios

Stand Up 2 takes is all about punching up your jokes and developing stronger comedic choices to deliver your first eight to ten minute set. You will learn the techniques to take your comedy to the next level, working on more advanced joke writing structures/setups, crowd work, the importance of stage presence, and continuing to develop that sweet sweet comedic voice of yours.

Stand Up 2 culminates in a glorious showcase where you will have time to explore more length and structure than Stand Up 1 at one of our amazing stand up showcases.

This class will prepare you for Stand Up 3, where you will push your writing and performance capabilities towards a festival-style taping.

Refunds & Cancellations – Registration is non-refundable within two weeks of a class' start date. Show Day Information - Wondering when your shows are? 95% of BTC shows are on Wednesday nights at 7PM or 9PM. Your exact show schedule will be sent on the first weekend of your class!
