Whether you're struggling with anxiety, trauma, chronic pain, or simply seeking deeper self-awareness, Rachel is here to guide you on your healing journey. Through the power of sound, we’ll work together to cultivate resilience, foster self-compassion, and awaken your innate ability to heal and transform. 

During each session, the resonant tones from healing instruments stimulate your brain and nervous system, inducing a peaceful Theta state an altered state of consciousness where healing and transformation can take place. This space allows you to release fear, anxiety, trauma, and negative patterns, while inviting peace, joy, and self-awareness.

How to prepare: Bring a yoga mat, blanket, and eye-cover. Please give yourself plenty of time to find parking, arrive, and get settled.

Time: 7:30-8:30 PM
Price:  Love donations are greatly appreciated
