Shadow Work Monthly Workshop

Hold space for your shadow self while setting intentions for new beginnings during the darkest moon phase. We will be taking time to journal desires, visualize goals, creating vision-boards, and making plans to take inspired action, all while releasing old patterns to align with your soul’s path for a fresh start and growth in the year 2026.

I will have copies of my shadow work journal for purchase to guide you on your journey to release your shadow self.

I will have light snacks and refreshments available. If you choose, you may wish to bring a blanket or pillow to get cozy while we work on our month’s activities.

If you plan to purchase a shadow work journal, please send me a message so I can make sure to have enough on hand. If you would rather use a notebook of your own, you may choose to bring it with you to each month’s meeting.
