When faced with storms of emotions, we end up uttering words or taking actions that we regret later. This is because neither at school nor at home, have we been taught how to handle anger, sorrow or any negative emotion.This is where knowledge of the pranayamas, dhyan (meditation) plays a vital role. For every rhythm in the mind, there is a corresponding rhythm in the breath. So, when you cannot handle your mind directly, you can handle the mind through the breath. No matter what emotions come and go, use the breath to get the ability to relish your life with your loved one.In this workshop, discover the power of the pranayama and how it can help you have a say over our thoughts and our feelings.
