There will be an education component, a group workout session, and then a brief talk to wrap up with a chance to ask any questions you may have.*** This workout will be a MORE INTENSIVE focused workout facilited by the VPD Physical Health & Performance Unit.*** This will be a limited attendance event based on the location and restrictions of this venue. If you have attended this specific style of event in the past you may be restricted access to allow other participants the opportunity!A signed waiver is mandatory for attendance.
