Rooted in Resonance Sound Bath

Bring your focus toward grounding into warmth & comfort, as the weather & light around us begins to transition.

Join Andrea, of Soul Space Wellness, on Sunday October 19th, for a restorative and relaxing sound bath to help feel balanced & grounded and get you settled into the coming week.

This event will bring energetic nourishment through the tones and vibrations of crystal singing bowls, Tibetan singing bowls, chimes and other instruments, helping you find deep relaxation and an opportunity for self-reflection.

These recurring monthly sound baths are held at Soul Space Wellness studio and are limited to six people. This provides an intimate setting allowing for more focused work on the collective energy of the group and for each session to also be infused with healing Reiki energy.
