This is not your typical boxing workout. Set to the infectious sounds of Afrobeats and Dancehall by your citys favourite DJs Vinnie B & Chips , Riddim & Rounds blends boxing fundamentals, bag work, footwork, and dance-inspired conditioning into a sweat-heavy, confidence-boosting experience. Expect powerful rounds, nonstop movement, and pure vibes from start to finish.

Whether you’re new to boxing or a seasoned fitness enthusiast, this one of a kind class is designed to be accessible, empowering, and fun. You’ll punch, move, sweat, and celebrate — all while the music keeps the energy high.
