This program focuses on restoring connection, cultivating self-compassion, and nurturing resilience in community.This is a 3-week long program for self-identified mothersProgram Dates: Wednesdays 5:30 pm - 6:30 pm (March 11th, 18th, 25th)Childminding is offered for kids ages 2+ upon request (in a separate room)If you'd like to register, please respond to this email mentioning whether you will need childminding as well.
