Private Reiki

Reiki is a gentle yet powerful form of energy healing that helps restore balance to your body and mind. In this 40-minute private session, Kristy channels universal life energy through light touch and intention to help you release tension, clear energetic blocks, and support your body’s natural healing processes.

Many people describe Reiki as deeply calming-like being wrapped in a warm, radiant glow. It’s an ideal reset for those feeling stressed, overworked, or emotionally drained.
