Peruvian Shamanic Journey Class

This two-hour experiential class is an invitation into the ancient Andean practice of journeying through the Three Worlds of Peruvian Shamanic Energetic Medicine.

Together, we will deepen our understanding of sacred space and step into direct experience through guided drum journey.

In the Peruvian tradition, the Three Worlds are structured inner landscapes used for healing, insight, and guidance:

• Lower World (Uku Pacha) – the realm of deep healing, instinct, and reclamation. Here we may uncover unconscious material, retrieve lost strengths, and reconnect with ancient wisdom held in the body.
• Middle World (Kay Pacha) – the subtle energetic layer of everyday life. This is where we explore unseen influences, relationships, and the imaginal realms that shape our lived experience.
• Upper World (Hanan Pacha) – the realm of destiny, higher guidance, wise ancestors, and helping spirits aligned with your highest path.

We begin by opening sacred space together in the Peruvian tradition, creating a focused and intentional container. Through rhythm and drum, you will meet a personal journey guide and travel into one or more of these realms with clarity and support.

This is grounded, trauma-aware, experiential work.

You will leave having:

• Opened sacred space in a traditional way
• Traveled through the Three Worlds through direct experience
• Connected with a personal journey guide
• Gained tools you can continue practicing on your own
