But what happens when the lid blows open? When movement breaks the mold and we remember our original shape — fluid, unpredictable, alive. Tonight we dance past the edges of what’s familiar. No right way, no wrong way — just the brave, curious art of stepping out of the box and into freedom. This is a moving meditation without form, no steps to follow, no choreography... only your intuition, your creativity, and your own story moving through you as you are. Each class offers insights into the maps of the 5Rhythms as an embodied philosophy. Guidance and exercises are mindfully woven into each class, with plenty of spaciousness for self-guided exploration. 5Rhythms® offers a space to feel, listen, expand, express, release, re-arrange, re-define, transform, and allow the dance to open ourselves to the infinite capacity of Love. It’s a time to connect to yourself, over and over again, gathered in Tribe, moving together. ? ??? ????? All are welcome.
