This class is about remembering that — and dancing from the whole thing. 5Rhythms® offers a space to feel, listen, expand, express, release, re-arrange, re-define, transform, and allow the dance to open ourselves to the infinite capacity of Love. It’s a time to connect to yourself, over and over again, gathered in Tribe, moving together. ? ??? ????? All are welcome. No matter what race, religion, gender identity, sexual orientation, abilities and disabilities, shape and size, cultural background, and language. Age: 12+ No experience is needed. ????? ????????: Created by Gabrielle Roth and practiced by tens of thousands worldwide, 5Rhythms® is a philosophy, perspective, performance art and a dynamic movement practice rooted in the principle that if you put the psyche in motion it will heal itself. Movement is both the medicine and the metaphor, reaching across all languages, cultures and age groups to transform suffering into art, art into awareness, and awareness into action.
