We’re excited to announce our FIRST EVER Muay Thai Kids Summer Camp — a fun, structured, and high-energy 3-day experience designed to help kids build confidence, discipline, and real skills in a safe environment.

Camp Details:
Dates: June 22, 23, 24
Time: 11:00 AM – 1:00 PM
Ages: 6 & up 
( Early Registration ) 
Cost: $249.00  
( $289.00 after June 1st )
Includes shin pads & boxing gloves 

Camp Curriculum:
Monday – Fundamentals Focus
• Stance, Footwork & Defense
– Balanced stance
– Basic footwork
– Safe defensive posture
• Fundamental Striking
– Glove introduction
– Basic punches & kicks
– Controlled teep
• Fun Skill-Building Games
– Balance, coordination, and engagement drills

Tuesday – Defensive Technique & Clinch Entry
• Defensive Striking Basics
– Guarding and blocking
– Positive feedback and confidence building
• Clinch Entry & Transitions
– Safe, age-appropriate entry
– Basic control positions
• Offense & Defense in the Clinch
– Position awareness
– Light control and movement
• Fun Skill-Building Games
– Timing, distance, and teamwork drills

Wednesday – Review, Strikes & Conditioning Circuits
• Review Technique
– Reinforce fundamentals from Monday & Tuesday
• Elbow & Knee Strikes
– Proper form and control
– Safe application for kids
• Thai Pad Work
– Combinations
– Partner drills
• Conditioning Circuits (Stations)
