We’ll begin with a guided meditation inspired by the medicine of pine — the evergreens who remain vibrant through every season, teaching us resilience, renewal, and rooted calm.

Then, with intention and sweetness, we’ll bake together — crafting chocolate pinecone treats as a symbol of inner strength and growth. Each layer becomes a meditation, each scent a moment to breathe deeply and return to center.
