Logos & Dharma: Wisdom and the Way

You are invited to join our practice circle. Our first session at Soul Ascension, “Who am I?” is for seekers, skeptics, and sages alike to explore the question at the heart of every wisdom tradition: Who am I, really?
Drawing from the insights of Buddhism, Taoism, Christian mysticism, and Western and Indian philosophy, this gathering weaves contemplative inquiry with embodied experience.
Together we’ll examine the ego and its illusions as well as our connection to, and place within, divinity. No dogma, no evangelism. Just sincere exploration of the mystery we call “self,” and the pursuit of awakening.
What to expect:
- A space to share your spiritual and intellectual practices and pursuits and understandings
- Dialogue, not instruction
- Brief mindfulness meditation
- Exploration of the topic of the week, with references to sacred texts or works of philosophy and literature which may help illuminate answers to our questions
