Francesca MurrayWHO ARE MY TEACHERS:My teachers came in different forms, mostly arising from within me as their channels became activated, but also 3 in human form.  For the 1st 2 veils they came through experiences and visuals and wisdom activations within me during my meditations. So my 1st teacher was the Buddha himself and he marks the path/gateway.  The Buddha's gift is Compassion.  He stayed with me teaching me everything that I needed to know about REAL compassion, empathy, forgiveness, understanding and love which was contrary to what I thought these were.  It was him who revealed the 1st formula as it activated within me. I cried like a baby, it was so beautiful. The process itself made me very excited and encouraged to meditate.  As a result I meditated a lot, randomly day and night as I felt called. This process itself also thought me how to meditate as I discovered over time that there was no wrong way to meditate.  Something I had read in Larry Li's book called: Meditation Swerve.MY APPROACH AND PROCESSMy approach is so flexible that regardless of where I am, I am able to help others.  I've helped many people randomly in many parts of the world other than within Canada throughout the years such as: Australia, the US, Costa Rica, Guyana, and France.With my private client's whom I work very deeply with, I become a bridge and a channel through which they can experience themselves with understanding, empathy, forgiveness, love and compassion.  Walking with them through and from the karmic cycles of suffering and onto the path of the dharma (the wisdom of their heart's higher consciousness aka the 8th fold path).   I have a very deep personal connection with all of them, understanding that everyone has their own unique journey and stories that helped shape their consciousness and the experiences of their current reality.My process is based on understanding, and compassion allowing me to connect with anyone, regardless of their spiritual background or life circumstance.I create a safe space, with patience and wisdom channeled from higher consciousness (source), and I ensure that everyone is connected to their own spirit guides based on where they're at in their journeys at any given moment of time.There is a saying: When the student is ready, the teacher will come.  I've learnt through lived experiences that the teachers do come.  They show up WITHIN you, as you awaken, they awaken within you in the form of wisdom and you get to experience these wisdom teachings through their states of consciousness based on where you're at in your journey in any given moment in time.  These wisdom teachings are so powerful that once integrated it is powerful enough to re-wire your entire inner world which shifts the experiences of your outer world. I call this process the Shiva dance :-) because as your outer world shifts the teachers also show in person.The Buddha said we need to learn how to get out of our own way (illuminate the sub-conscious mind and its connection to the ego with pure awareness), and we must learn how to clap with one hand (balance when both paths becomes one called the middle way or the 8th fold path). While Bruce Lee said to be like water (the realization that everything is impermanent and we must learn how to flow).Beautiful beings, It took me 5 full years to fully realize WHAT these very powerful quotes meant, and that I CAN accomplish this through the process of: self observation, self realization, wisdom extraction, and integration of the wisdom learned into my day to day life in order to evolve my consciousness using a combination of tools during my meditations such as high vibrational frequencies, mantras, sutras, dance, journaling, and ceremonies that I would channel and learn as I ascended/transformed.This wisdom of the inner work journey from the head to the heart is the combination/marriage of science and spirituality which BTW goes hand in hand.  There is no separation.  Only a small part of science became lost in translation over time due to ego desire.  I finally understood the life of the universe and how it relates to us." } ] } ] ```
