We’ll cover basic techniques, communication, safety, and introductory AcroYoga poses while giving you plenty of time to practice and play.You’ll work in small groups of 2–4 people, giving everyone the chance to try different roles and learn together. No partner required! Our instructors will help facilitate groups at the beginning of class so everyone has a team to practice with.No previous AcroYoga experience is necessary — this class is designed for complete beginners.
