Rob Couzens has been boxing for 25 years. Rob is a former 4X national boxing champion and 7X medalist for Team Canada. Rob has been proudly vegan for 12 years!

Boxing Class: 2-3pm, 𝘌𝘢𝘳𝘵𝘩𝘴𝘢𝘷𝘦 𝘊𝘢𝘯𝘢𝘥𝘢 𝘚𝘵𝘢𝘨𝘦
𝘝𝘢𝘯𝘤𝘰𝘶𝘷𝘦𝘳 𝘝𝘦𝘨𝘢𝘯 𝘍𝘦𝘴𝘵𝘪𝘷𝘢𝘭: 10am-8pm
Kitsilano Beach

This boxing session will include rounds of 3 minutes on and 1 minute off, teaching the following:
-basic fitness movements
-footwork
-shadowboxing
-partner fitness drills
-partner punching pads

𝘕𝘰 𝘦𝘹𝘱𝘦𝘳𝘪𝘦𝘯𝘤𝘦 𝘯𝘦𝘤𝘦𝘴𝘴𝘢𝘳𝘺. 𝘌𝘷𝘦𝘳𝘺𝘰𝘯𝘦 𝘪𝘴 𝘸𝘦𝘭𝘤𝘰𝘮𝘦!
