About
Join us this Winter for a 8-week high performance training program designed for female athletes in Grades 8–12 who are ready to elevate their game. Led by Langara Women’s Basketball Head Coach Adriano Catena and supported by student-athletes from the Falcons program, these fast-paced sessions will focus on game-like reps, high-level decision making, and competing under pressure. With skill-based breakdowns, 1v1 challenges, and both half-court and full-court play, players will be grouped by level to ensure development in a challenging but supportive environment.
