Led by Langara Women’s Basketball Head Coach Adriano Catena and supported by student-athletes from the Falcons program, these fast-paced sessions will focus on game-like reps, high-level decision making, and competing under pressure. With skill-based breakdowns, 1v1 challenges, and both half-court and full-court play, players will be grouped by level to ensure development in a challenging but supportive environment.Athletes have the option to register for one or two sessions per week.
