Embody Your Light: A Self Love & Inner Alignment Series

Embody Your Light is a monthly self-love class designed to help you reconnect with yourself, soften into presence, and create space for inner growth. Each session explores a new theme of self-love, reflection, and personal alignment, allowing you to evolve month by month in a supportive and intentional way.

Through a blend of guided meditation, mindful reflection, and gentle journaling prompts, you’ll be invited to meet yourself with honesty, compassion, and curiosity. These gatherings are crafted to help you slow down, listen within, and cultivate a deeper relationship with your inner world.
