In our time together we will explore the layers of the heart, intimacy and er0tic friction through the body with various practices such as learning the discernment of the fluctuations of your heart, deepening your relationship with boundaries, dyadic work, embodiment practice, Tantric breathwork and more.

We will also deepen into the theme of Devotion as this is an essential step on our journey to surrender. This is a realistic and potent approach to develop yourself to thrive in relational life.

Where: Private Temple in Ayyulshun currently known as English Bay, Vancouver.

Krista Nova- Krista has been facilitating Tantric spaces of all sorts for well over 15 years and is the co-founder of the Heart of Tantra Festival. Krista is dedicated to serving love on the planet and Tantra is her life path which brings her endless love and wonder.
