Registration for the AGM will be begin at 7:30am and the meeting will begin at 8:30am. Reception at the end of the day.A conference rate has been negotiated with the hotel. The reception is also open to those who cannot attend the conference. Again this year, we are holding a toy drive for the Lower Mainland Christmas Bureau. For every unwrapped toy brought to the reception, a free beverage ticket will be provided. We encourage you to bring as many toys as you can and there is no limit! If you would like to provide a cash donation instead, you can either go directly to the link following https://www.canadahelps.org/en/dn/136505 or use the Toy Drive Ticket option in the registration process.Early registration for this year’s meeting and reception will be $345 for regular members and $50 for students, payable by credit card online via Eventbrite. The rate for authors will be $200. If you are only interested in attending the reception, the cost is $70. Early registration is open November 1st and late registration will be $395 for regular members and $70 for students, thereafter.This year’s conference will feature a keynote presentation TBD. The format of the presentations is a PowerPoint file approximately 20 minutes long – no written paper is needed.
