Led by pro comedian and youth educator Syd Campbell, this course will offer deep dives into the skills and delights of improvising comedy.Each day, the group will learn the skills and techniques of comedy-first improv, moving from the fundamentals to more advanced concepts as the week progresses, from how to make great offers to how to gracefully edit from one scene to another.This class will have an added focus on acting and performance skills! That means it’s a perfect fit for those who want to learn how improv can support acting for film and stage, and vice versa!Students do not need to have comedy experience to take this class, and those that do have experience will have plenty to enjoy as well.
