? Hands-On Energy Work — awaken and activate energy for greater sensitivity, pleasure, and aliveness.
? Tantric Meditation — cultivate stillness and masculine depth to hold the arising of energy in you.
? The FULL Path of Tantra — learn what it takes to ride the full path of Tantra all the way to Awakening as taught by Tibetan Buddhist Frank Vilaasa! ?

SCHEDULE
? 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Includes a 1-hour lunch break and multiple shorter breaks.
The venue has a full kitchen with a fridge/freezer, microwave, for lunch! But bring cutlery.

WHAT TO BRING
? Water bottle
? Journal for notes and integration during breaks
?‍♂️ Cushion and/or yoga mat
? Comfortable clothes for movement and rest
? An open mind and willingness to explore :)
? Lunch, the closest food venues are a walk away so it's recommend to bring your own lunch. Some snacks will be provided

Homemade Chai will be provided! Made with high quality grass fed 3.25% milk, cardamom, ginger, cumin, cinnamon and using black tea from Assam, India and lightly sweetened with stevia :) ? ?

NOTE it's s technically off of W 5th. If you park on W 6th you can go down to W 5th and find unit 110. If you bike, you may bring it inside the venue.

Luc has traveled the world, earning his Reiki I, studying Tantra and spirituality from the wildest sexual neo-Tantra teachers to traditional Buddhist Tantra masters to practising traditional Buddhist meditation as taught by S.N. Goenka and deeply immersed in the teachings of David Deida.
