Join Ashely and Samantha for a gentle pause during this 2 hour guided Yoga Nidra and Sound Journey experience.  You can expect gentle movement before nestling into a supported posture, guided breathe, intention setting, guided meditation, and a deeply nurturing sound journey including crystal bowls, gong, hand pan, drums, flute, and other soothing instruments.

Come as you are. Wear your comfiest, coziest clothes and bring anything that will help you feel supported and comfortable. No previous yoga or meditation experience is needed. All levels are welcome.

This experience is an invitation to slow down, quiet the noise, and give your body and mind permission to rest. You may leave feeling more grounded, spacious, settled, and deeply nourished and like you've created a little room to breathe before stepping into the season ahead.
