- **Event Description**: Celebrate the arrival of summer with a morning of movement and mindfulness at Meadowbrook Amphitheater. Join Shirley Heinze Land Trust and the Duneland YMCA on Saturday, June 20th from 9:00–10:00 AM for a 60-minute guided yoga session in honor of the Summer Solstice—a time to welcome light, energy, and renewal.

Following yoga, participants are invited to continue the experience with a guided mindfulness hike from 10:00-11:00 AM. Moving at a relaxed pace, we’ll explore nearby trails while focusing on breath, awareness, and connecting with the sights and sounds of the season. Please join us to greet the longest day of the year with intention, movement, and connection.

This program is suitable for all experience levels, including beginners.

Things to Know:
Please bring a yoga mat or towel, a water bottle, and wear comfortable clothing and walking shoes. We will not be providing extra yoga mats.

Restrooms will be available near the main parking lot, about 0.4 miles from the amphitheater. Please note that there are no restrooms at the amphitheater itself. We will walk to the amphitheater as a group. Please meet at the pavilion by the parking lot.

This event will take place rain or shine! In case of inclement weather (severe rain, wind, or storms), this event will be canceled.
