When kids know how to calm their minds, manage their feelings, and connect with themselves, they’re better equipped to handle challenges, build positive relationships, and shine in all areas of life. This workshop is designed to give them those lifelong tools in a way that’s fun, engaging, and age-appropriate—in preparation for the busy holiday season when emotions can run high.
In this drop-off workshop, children will:
-Play games that build connection and self-awareness
-Explore creative yoga poses through storytelling
-Learn simple breathing exercises to manage stress
-Create a mindful craft and enjoy healthy snacks
-Reflect on their emotions in a supportive space
By the end, children will walk away with practical strategies for calm, confidence, and resilience—skills that support not only their academic growth but also their overall well-being.
