You'll walk away with:
props to continue your practice at home
a step-by-step worksheet to guide you
greater ease and mobility in your body
practical self-treatment tools for daily life
a deep sense of relaxation and body awareness
 
This is not stretching. It's fascia release, and it's a game-changer. 
 
No prior experience necessary. All levels welcome. Just bring your body and your breath (and an extra blanket or pillow for personal comfort — optional)
