We are excited to once again offer our 200-hour comprehensive and trauma-informed Hatha and Vinyasa Yoga Teacher Training program this fall!
If you want to reconnect with or begin your yoga practice, recommit to your own self and soul care, you feel the call to transform, to teach and to serve, to discover your authentic voice and teaching style, then this program may be for you! Deepen your relationship to yourself, each other and the world. Be held by a supportive community of students, mentors and faculty. Become a compassionate and well-rounded teacher with an experience and understanding of what it means to truly ‘teach from your heart.’
Training starts on Saturday, October 18th, 2025
Dates: 10/18/25-6/27/26
Location: Ohm Yoga Studio in Valparaiso, IN
Saturdays 11 am-6 pm, with holiday weekends off
*There will be a Zoom recording of each class if you need to miss a class
Cost: $3,000
*Work study, scholarships, and payment plans available
Topics Covered Include:
Anatomy, physiology, biomechanics, postures, breath work, meditation, ethics, history, and philosophy of yoga, cueing, sequencing, weaving a theme into class, assisting students, mantras, Ayurveda and yogic lifestyle, the student teacher relationship, holding space and creating a sacred container, teaching beginners and special populations, diversity, inclusion and equity in yoga, professional development and more.
Included with the cost of the program are all teacher training sessions, the program manual, unlimited yoga classes at Ohm Yoga Studio during the training and a discount on workshops and events.
