Join certified Energetic Healing instructor Barb Rossi as she leads you in a guided meditation to connect to your Higher Self. You’ll be invited to soften into healing, reconnect with your inner healer, and create space for clarity.

Together, we’ll set heartfelt intentions that align with your highest good—cultivating balance, peace, and a sense of grounded purpose for the year ahead. Allow yourself to be supported, guided, and restored as you welcome a new beginning with an open heart and a renewed spirit. Each participant receives a crystal to support the work.
