Deep Release Yin Aerial Yoga Workshop

Release tension and find relaxation in a supportive aerial hammock in this 90 minute deep release aerial workshop with Kya. Expect education on myofascial release and breath work, a gentle warmup, settling into the aerial silk for long holds in deep stretches, and an opportunity to practice backbends supported by the hammock and inversions supported by the hammock and mat. Enjoy a sound bath while cocooned in your aerial hammock. The aerial hammocks will be low to the ground to help support your body in the yin postures. Comfortable clothing and minimal jewelry suggested.
