Join us for "Swing for Support", an 18-hole golf scramble benefiting the Fremont Alzheimer’s Collaboration, Valley VFW, and Heartland for Hope Food Pantry – Valley. This special event brings our community together for a great cause while enjoying a fun day on the course.

Hosted by Valley Lakes Assisted Living, Gentiva Hospice, Way To Stay Homecare, and Arbor Care – Valhaven, the scramble will take place at The Pines Country Club in Valley.

Event Schedule:
⛳ Registration: 10:30 AM
🍽️ Lunch: 11:30 AM
🚩 Shotgun Start: 12:00 PM

Registration Details:
👥 Limited team availability — maximum of 35 teams (4 golfers per team)
💲 $125 per person
