- Run starts promptly at 8:00 AM.

- Mileage for this run is 6Mi but you can add more miles or cut short at any point. Pick your distance!

- Run your own pace, varied paces.
IF you plan on sticking around for the entire duration of this run make sure you pack enough water and fuel with you.

- Please be sure to RSVP and or update your RSVP in the event you have a change in plans, so our run leads know who all to expect.
