The invitation is simple: come! 

Whatever state your core is in: come! Whatever state your heart is in: come! Come weak or strong, in pain or feeling great, tired or feeling energized. Come weary or rejoicing, filled up or empty, spiritually dead or fully alive. Wherever you are, I promise you’ll be met there. I’m confident in this because I’m not the one leading our class; the Holy Spirit is! –Love, Autumn

Our goal with CORE ESSENTIALS is two-part: 
1. To develop a knowledge of and connection with the essential elements that make up your physical core.
2. To develop deeper intimacy with the core of all physical and spiritual life–Jesus!

We will accomplish our first goal by cycling through 11 core essentials over 11 weeks, with standalone classes. Each session will begin with a simple teaching moment, using visuals and digestible information. We’ll follow that with movement, self-massage, strengthening exercises, stretches, and breathing techniques that connect us to our teaching topic. 

Our second goal will come to life through a time of devotion and prayer integrated into each session. We will meditate on God’s Word, increasing our understanding of who we are, who Jesus is, and what Jesus did, to grow intimate with our most essential Core–Jesus.
