Join us for an immersive Yoga Alliance-certified Hands-On Adjustments Course designed for yoga teachers and dedicated practitioners who want to refine their skills in safe, effective, and intuitive hands-on adjustments.

Amanda’s movement journey began with The Rocket, and after 12 years of dedicated practice, she now holds over 1000 hours of YTT in Rocket, Ashtanga, AcroYoga, and Breathwork. As one of the few authorized Rocket Yoga Trainers in Spain, Amanda brings her expertise in acrobatics, hand balancing, and breathwork to her teaching, creating a dynamic and supportive learning environment.
