On Saturday, 6th December, Marsovin will join forces with the two Michelin star restaurant ION Harbour to celebrate the release of their limited-edition DOMINA Malbec 2023 and Grand Maître 2023 vintages.
ION Harbour, Simon Rogan’s first Mediterranean venture and Malta’s only two Michelin-star restaurant, showcases seasonal, locally inspired cuisine. Set atop Iniala Harbour House, it offers breathtaking views of Valletta’s Grand Harbour and an unforgettable dining experience.
Domina, a limited-edition Malbec from Marsovin’s private estates, embodies the winery’s innovative spirit and is dedicated to Mrs. Giovanna Natalizia Cassar, the matriarch of the Cassar family.
Marsovin’s Grand Maître 2023, ‘Fra’ Francisco Ximenes de Texada’ was released in early October and is now the 26th vintage of the prized and highly sought after flagship wine.
This esteemed event will take place on Saturday 6th of December and is set to be an unforgettable night to celebrate Marsovin’s success throughout the years paired with exquisite dishes created specifically for this night.
