For five days, we slow everything down so you can finally hear your own thoughts again, away from the noise, the jobs list, the pressure, the “I’ll rest when things calm down” (even though they never do).

• Daily yoga + grounding movement (beginners totally welcome)
• A sunrise dip if you fancy it
