Mornings begin with chanting yoga, followed by daily educational workshops in Environment, Nutrition, Energy, Mind and Physical (based in Japanese Integrated Medicine).
Afternoons bring ‘self-treatment’ training based on Ninjutsu/5 elements - learn how to balance your own energy system and physical.
You are also invited to attend enriching seminars/talks.

Prepare for the solar eclipse with a bespoke video presentation by renowned physicist and astronomer Dr John Mason MBE, ready to view one of the most spectacular astronomical events, whilst blending with intention setting, followed by a magical post eclipse energy ritual by Sedef from Taoiwellness.
Each evening offers a sensory journey: breathwork, meditation, or sound healing for more healing transformation.
