ENGLISH VERSION

ESMOVIA, in collaboration with Valenfit, a local sport company, created a model of outdoor training adapted to the needs of our Erasmus + participants. In this way the participants, through sports, develop values and skills in a healthy and funny way, improving self-esteem, learning respect, encouraging teamwork, reducing stress, stimulating the brain, and promoting social development and integration as well as intercultural understanding.

Main skills you will acquire during the ESMOVIA Fit session:

 Motivation, determination and persistence: They are the necessary condition to achieve our goals and to improve ourselves, it boosts us to perform acts or make decisions on a day-to-day basis, and to maintain them beyond the obstacles that we can find along the way.

 Self-knowledge, Self-esteem and Self-improvement: Consists in becoming aware of oneself, both strengths and weaknesses phisical and mentally, learning to value themselves to increase self-control, clarify objectives and overcome obstacles with confidence.

Place and hour: Metro station Alameda, Exit "Paseo Alameda/Passeig de l 'Albereda" at 19:00
You can arrive there with metro nr. 3,5,7,9.

IMPORTANT:
1. Inform Andreea on WEDNESDAY about the number of participants going.
2. Take sporty clothes and water.

ESMOVIA, en colaboración con Valenfit, una empresa deportiva local, creó un modelo de entrenamiento al aire libre adaptado a las necesidades de nuestros participantes en Erasmus +. De esta manera, los participantes, a través del deporte, desarrollan valores y habilidades de una manera sana y divertida, mejorando la autoestima, aprendiendo el respeto, fomentando el trabajo en equipo, disminuyendo el estrés, estimulando el cerebro, y promoviendo el desarrollo e integración social.

Principales habilidades que adquirirás durante la sesión de ESMOVIA Fit:

 Motivación, determinación y persistencia: son la condición necesaria para alcanzar nuestros objetivos y mejorarnos, nos impulsa a realizar actos o tomar decisiones a diario y a mantenerlos más allá de los obstáculos que podemos encontrar. en el camino

 Autoconocimiento, autoestima y superación personal: consiste en hacerse consciente de sí mismo, tanto en lo físico como en lo físico, aprender a valorarse a sí mismos para aumentar el autocontrol, aclarar objetivos y superar obstáculos con confianza.

Lugar y hora: Parada de metro Alameda, salida "Paseo Alameda / Passeig de l 'Albereda" a las 19:00.
Puedes llegar con los metro nr. 3,5,7,9.

IMPORTANTE:
1. Informa Andreea on WEDNESDAY el número de personas que participarán.
2. Llévate ropa comoda y agua.
