EAU Talent Incubator Programme - Effective Performance & Personal Success

Be at your best when it matters the most. That is what we try to achieve in Module Effective Performance & Personal Success of the Talent Incubator Programme.

By developing four capabilities your self-awareness and self-care will evolve. Through workshops, coaching sessions and simple on-the-job experiments tailored to your needs and preferences, you will not only improve your well-being but also sustain strong performance.

This programme will take place in April 2026 in Valencia, Spain.
