Candlelight Christmas Restore

This is a donation-based class. All proceeds will go toward the holiday for our sponsored family.

Take a little time for yourself this holiday season & join us for a super yummy, candlelight MAT YOGA restorative class! The lights will be down, the candles will glow, we will listen to Holiday music, & relax into our 3 - 5 minute poses as Rachel reads from a Christmas poem. Restorative yoga is perfect for fending off the holiday stress!
