Spring Trail Clean-Up at Camp Sinawa

Join Greater MKE 4x4 and Camp Sinawa for our annual Spring Trail Clean-Up! We'll be blowing/raking leaves off of the trails, cutting back overgrowth, laying gravel, and clearing branches that have fallen over the winter. Leaf-blowers, hedge trimmers, rakes, loppers, hand-saws, and snips work great. Please bring your chainsaw only if you are an experienced user (most of the chain sawing has been done already - we will not need a full chainsaw crew). Bring a lunch and plan for a full day outside. All vehicles can drive on the perimeter road, but if you plan to drive the off-road trails, your vehicle should have high clearance, 4-low gear, front and rear tow-points, and full-size spare. Low-hanging side steps are NOT ideal and will catch/scrape on obstacles. We'll be on-site at 9:00am to sign waivers, driver's meeting at 9:30am, and hit the trails at 9:45am. Please arrive to give yourself enough time to air down, sign waivers, and prepare for the trails. DM with questions.
