Full Moon Ritual

These monthly Full Moon Rituals are a beautiful space for rest, for understanding that even when emotions can feel overwhelming, you’re not alone in feeling them.
For allowing the energy and emotion to move freely through you and for allowing yourself a moment to make peace with yourself as the world turns around you.

In opening this space for you alongside the full moon we invite you into softness, gentle movement, guided meditation and reiki sound.
A practice to journal or to share thoughts while settled with tea, to close with an energy to take with you as you navigate the moons changes.

These full moon rituals will happen monthly, for each full moon.
It’s not witchcraft, it’s not woo-woo crazy stuff, it’s a simple and profound connection with yourself and a chance to find calm amidst the chaos.
