I understand that I am solely responsible for any medical expenses incurred as a result of my participation, and the organisers, sponsors, partners, volunteers, and associates shall not be held liable for any injury, loss, damage, or medical emergency.I acknowledge that the event will be conducted on open roads and that moving traffic may be present during the ride. I agree to strictly follow all traffic rules, government regulations, and event safety guidelines. Wearing a helmet and appropriate safety gear is mandatory for all participants.I further agree that event tickets are non-transferable and non-refundable under any circumstances. In consideration of being permitted to participate, I hereby waive, release, and hold harmless the organisers, partners, sponsors, and all associated parties from any and all claims arising out of my participation.
