Guided Photography Tour - Vadodara, March 2019
Vadodara City is also known as cultural capital of Gujarat. The city has a cosmopolitan mixture of Indian nationals as well as that of Non Resident Indians with various tourists who visits the city. The major population of Vadodara happen to be from the native land of Gujarat and speak Gujarati. Being a mix of multiple cultures the city has people who are generally found to be able to speak Gujarati, Hindi, Marathi, Sindhi as well as English. City is built across the bank of Vishwamitri River. The east part of city is old city and the west part of city beyond the Vadodara Railway Station is recent and modern parts of the city. The city is also famous for the Lakshmi Vilas Palace, the residence of Baroda State's Maratha royal family, the Gaekwads. Join this tour to explore more about the cultural city of Gujarat.
Scheduled dates: 23rd - 24th March 2019
All participants are requested to reach Vadodara by 8 am. We will check in our hotel rooms . We will have a breif discussion over breakfast with the about the places we are going to to cover today. We will leave to visit Laxmi Vilas palace, khanderao market, Nyay mandir ,Qtbudun Hazira Maqbara. Lunch at Hotel. After dinner we will have a small session on review of images clicked during the day with some post processing tips and tricks.
Get up early in the morning. We will do checkout from the hotel and leave for Kavat festival. It is a 3 hrs drive from Vadodara near Chota festival. After lunch we will drive to go to Champaner & Pavagadh for shooting architecture which is a 2 hr drive from Vadodara. We will be back by evening to catch the train back to Mumbai. Our tour ends here with memories.

Pankaj Narshana runs garments business in his professional life and he does photography in his leisure hours. He has been interested in drawing and painting from his childhood days, he says that photography is similar to painting and drawing as these require similar levels of imagination and an eye to bring out the beauty of this world. Pankaj is a self taught photographer and his main areas of interest in this field are Landscape and Street photography.
