Sound bath (gentle yoga/meditation)

-45 min gentle yoga
-45 min guided meditation

$55 per person

Sound baths use a variety of instruments, including singing bowls, gongs, crystal bowls, and chines to heal and calm. Please bring yoga mat for the movement part, and a blanket for the meditation part.

This sound bath is to help us set good intentions for the upcoming week. BE KIND TO HUMANKIND WEEK is Aug 25-31.
