Come join Jody & Brian for a special candle light sound healing ceremony. It will begin with breathwork & meditation. Followed by the healing sounds of the Tibetan Bowls and Gongs. Space is limited for this special event
What you need to bring: yoga mat and/or blanket and a special crystal (optional)
