Through her own healing journey, Valerie wanted to share the freeing feeling and life enhancement that self-forgiveness can bring.

Valerie Wild Owl is a Certified Hypnotherapist, Registered Nurse, Licensed Massage Therapist, Reiki Master/Teacher, Reflexologist, Intuitive Psychic, and Animal Communicator.
$30 per participant, Paid in advance on our website.  Class size is limited due to space so you MUST register in advance!


Please dress comfortably. If you choose to lie down for the meditation, you must bring your own mat and/or pillow.
