Wrapping up the full moon lunar year for 2025, this Super Moon marks a significant opportunity to shine the brightest of light on aspects of what you have been working with, dreaming of, or actualizing over the last year. This moon promises to be much larger and closer than other moons, in fact, much more so than many of the past and future super moons to come. It feels like a potent time to close out a very full year, and what better way to shift energy and restore inner calm than with the power of sound.
I will guide you through a little journey with the aid of many beautiful sound tools, and lead you to a place of deep rest where healing, journeying, clarity, insight, and grounding can all take place. For this, I wanted to include a beautiful crystal ally - one that I had tucked away for a special occasion - and this feels like it.
Each participant will receive a raw slice of highly reflective lepidolite. This is a crystal that I have in points and tumbles, but in this form, it feels galactic! The surface is suitable for scrying (I’ll share more that night), and the properties of lepidolite are commonly associated with emotional and spiritual support. The high lithium content is believed to offer support to those who suffer from anxiety and emotional imbalances.
So, I am delighted to pair this beauty with our meditation on this very special lunar night.
Please bring a yoga mat, pillow, blanket, bolster, eye mask, water, and / or anything you might require to optimize your comfort. Chairs are also available - please indicate upon registering if this is your preference.
