Linda Lee Purvis from Synergy Life Arts facilitates another layer of sacred sound in this beautiful, quaint venue, using a selection of unique sound tools.

Limited floor space for those wanting to lay down, is available on a first come basis. Bring a yoga mat, blankets, pillows, bolster, eye mask, and whatever else will ensure your comfort. Wooden chairs are available for seated meditation - although a folded blanket would make them cozier. Bring a bottle of water if desired.

Doors open at 7 pm.
